Women and Diving


SCUBA diving is all about enjoying the underwater environment with your friends and family and learning SCUBA skills in a safe comfortable environment at your own pace!  It is about having fun and feeling safe.  Although only 25% of SCUBA divers are women, the sport is not about being macho.  SCUBA diving is about enjoying the underwater adventure that SCUBA diving can provide. 


Women command US Navy Vessels, are Astronauts, Doctors, Lawyers, Teachers, Mothers, and are World record holders for deep Cavern diving, Freediving, and Deep Technical Diving so we are more then qualified to SCUBA dive in our planet’s oceans.  IN FACT, women make better SCUBA divers and we will show you how you can do it as well!  You can learn more about women accomplishments in the SCUBA Industry at Women Divers Hall of Fame (www.wdhof.org) .
